The hotel sits in a great spot near Tokyo Dome, making it easy to explore the area. Friendly staff greeted me immediately, and they offered complimentary ice cream in the evenings, which was a delightful touch after a long day. The public bath and sauna provided nice relaxation options. However, the bathroom in the room felt quite cramped, somewhat like an airplane bathroom. I also found the bed really firm, which led to some discomfort during my stay. The closet had a broken hanger, and the TV placement wasn’t ideal, as it was confusingly situated in front of a mirror, making viewing from the bed tricky. Though I loved the location and amenities, the room needed some updates to improve comfort.

Public bath and sauna provided nice relaxation options.
The pillows were too flat and soft, leading to a poor night's sleep. I wished there were options for firmer pillows, as comfort can heavily impact rest. Additionally, we expected breakfast to be included for some days, but staff never mentioned it, leaving us disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay in the Standard Double Room, Non-Smoking for 3 nights! The hotel was clean and conveniently located near restaurants and both JR and metro stations. Enjoyed the lovely public bath and sauna, which were perfect after a long day. The complimentary ice cream from 7pm to 11pm was a delightful treat that we looked forward to every evening!
The women's onsen was a bit crowded at night.
